1) Introduction

Welcome to Donzon (“Donzon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or posting any content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, misuse, or non-compliance.

3) Nature of the Service

Donzon is an online classifieds and listings platform where users can post and discover items and services such as motors, jobs, job-seeker profiles, property, electronics, and other classifieds. Donzon is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers or employers and candidates, does not own or control items, does not verify users, and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or user communications.

4) Your Listings & Content

When you post a listing, message, media, review, or other material (“User Content”):

You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
You remain the owner of your User Content, but you grant Donzon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for formatting), publicly display, distribute, and promote your User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing (including email, push, social, search, and off-platform syndication).
You agree we may edit, re-order, moderate, refuse, or remove User Content (in whole or part) at any time for any reason, including to comply with law or our policies.
You agree not to upload viruses, malicious code, or anything that disrupts the Services.

5) Prohibited Items & Activities

You agree not to post, sell, solicit, or engage in any of the following (non-exhaustive):

Illegal goods/services, stolen property, contraband, or items that violate UAE laws or third-party rights.
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, drugs/narcotics, or related paraphernalia.
Adult services, sexual content, prostitution or escort services.
Counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or IP-infringing items.
Endangered wildlife or restricted animal products.
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that is obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory.
Multi-level marketing schemes, get-rich-quick claims, or deceitful financial products.
Deceptive job listings, visa/residency scams, or requests for candidates to pay recruitment fees (note: charging candidates recruitment fees is not permitted under UAE law).
Any activity that interferes with, damages, or accesses our systems in unauthorized ways.

We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6) Listing Rules & Placement

Provide truthful, complete information (e.g., price, location, condition, attributes). Do not misrepresent items or services.
Use the correct category and avoid duplicate or spam listings.
Images/videos must be relevant and owned/authorized by you; no third-party watermarks unless you have rights.
“Featured” or promoted placement may be available for a fee. Featured status increases visibility but is not an endorsement by Donzon.
We may re-categorize or adjust formatting for consistency and user experience.

7) Fees, Payments & Refunds

Some Services (e.g., featured listings, promotional placements) may require fees, which will be shown at checkout or in your dashboard.
Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include taxes/charges where required. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once the service period starts, including if you later delete a listing or your account is suspended for policy violations.
We may change pricing or introduce new charges with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8) Transactions & Safety

Users transact directly at their own risk. Donzon does not mediate, guarantee, collect, or deliver payment for buyer-seller deals, nor does it vet employers or candidates.
Always verify the item, service, or role; meet in safe public locations; consider using reputable courier/escrow; and keep communication on platform where possible.
Beware of phishing, impersonation, and requests for advance payments or sensitive data. Report suspicious behavior to us.

9) Messaging & Communications

Our messaging tools are for legitimate buyer-seller or employer-candidate interactions. No spam, harassment, or off-topic promotions.
We may, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, send you service, security, or marketing communications. You can adjust preferences where available.

10) Reviews & Ratings

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and comply with these Terms.
We may moderate or remove reviews that are false, abusive, off-topic, or violate rights.

11) Intellectual Property

The Services, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, code, and design, are owned by Donzon or our licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our IP. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

12) Notice & Takedown (IP/Content Complaints)

If you believe content infringes your rights or violates law, please email legal@donzon.com with: (a) your contact details; (b) a description and exact URL(s) of the content; (c) the basis of your claim and supporting evidence; and (d) a statement of good faith and accuracy. We may share your notice with the user and act at our discretion.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal data.

14) Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites, tools, payment processors, or services. We do not endorse or control third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or restrict features if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose risk to users or the platform.
You may stop using the Services at any time and, where available, delete your account. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

16) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will be corrected, or that content is accurate or reliable.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donzon and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) AED 500.

18) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Donzon and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. If these Terms are translated, the English version will prevail in case of conflict.

20) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting an updated version and/or reasonable notice via the Services. Changes take effect upon posting (or as stated). Your continued use after changes means you accept them.

21) General

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
